はらドーナッツ hara donuts is made of okara (soy pulp) and soy milk.
As a tofu lover, I don’t miss to taste it when I visited Tokyo last month.
Certainly a must is はらドーナッツ hara donuts, the original flavor,
it is truely soft and sweet and its homemade touch brings a flashback of childhood
memory together with a big smile. However, I fell in love with サトウキビ satoukibi
(sugar cane) as its sweetness is so humble with soft and soft texture.
Unfortunately they are a bit oily for me but still worth to try!

I found this lovely Mini Clubman 1976 with tons of zakka last year at Shibuya.
Actually this Zakka MiniMini is online shop but travelling from time to time
around Tokyo. Its bright yellow kicked everyone’s eyes and can’t stop to have
a look and have fun in browsing their delightful stuffs.

Cool breeze suddenly visits Bangkok again and
reminds me of 白い恋人shiroi koibito
one of the best souvenirs from land of snow,Hokkaido.
white chocolate sandwiched in langue-de-chat biscuits
brings sweet harmony in the mouth.
Though shiroi koibito was in trouble of mislabeling expired date in 2007,
it backed and still maintained popularity.
Shiroi koibito means white sweetheart,
representing well for both its origin–Sapporo, land of snow
and beloved taste. When tasting once, it is hard to not fall in love
with this white sweetheart.

I just found out that Opatoca, tiny bakery shop
with lovely fairy tale look exterior

hiding in Harajuku (there is also another shop in Naka Meguro)

already closed (both of them). What a pity!

This french bread from Shinjuku Takano made me truely fascinated at the first bite.
The texture is so soft and tender. Plus sweet and fresh scent from orange peel that scatter around rank in my favorites immediately.
Shinjuku Takano is well known for their speciality in fruit. Their bakery corner also offers yummy stuffs decorated or made of delicious fruit — one of a must is melon pan.

I found these naked matryoshka dolls at sekaido and hope to paint them someday.
世界堂 sekaido is the art supplies store in Tokyo, well known for its quality with reasonable price. Though their stores are not gorgeously decorated but they are full of inspiration by a wide variety of art supplies, arousing the passion for your own art project. The moment of fun in the head amazingly creates liveliness into the heart.

Although this first Krispy Kreme Doughnuts store in Japan opened since December 2006, there is a long line till now.

Waiting enhances the peace in our mind.
Waiting helps us to revise and refrain (how many pieces to buy?)
Waiting includes respecting the others’rights (who came before us)
Waiting is to increase our patience’s limit (for yummy stuffs)
Sometimes we have to “wait” for something.

Mos Burger cafe at Ginza Nine is Mos Burger Dick Bruna model outlet,
decorated by Dick Bruna’s illustration.
Certainly tableware from mugs, cups, glasses to plates are all
Dick Bruna’s illustraions too.

Itoya, Japanese leading stationery store founded in 1904
One of the famous stores in Ginza, Tokyo. There are wide variety of stationery, arts and crafts, office supplies for amateur to pro.
With every 200 yen purchase at Itoya, get 5%coupon called メルシー券 or merci coupon
valued 10 yen for the next purchase.
This seems to be so typical promotional strategy
but Itoya started this coupon since 1953 (certainly it was 5%discount since then)
Moreover, there is no expired date.
It can be used forever no matter months or years passed!

Roppongi becomes the hot spot both night light and daylight
since Roppongi Hills to Tokyo Midtown opened.
Nightlife in Roppongi is not only for drinking, listening music, dancing
but reading!
Tsutaya at Roppongi Hills is the pioneer to open its store
from 7:00am to 4:00am
At the end of last year ABC Aoyama Book Center Roppongi store
changed its store hours to open till 5:00am
