I am always fascinated in the traditional colors of Japan.
Regarding the Japanese geography, season, history, knowledge and culture enhance colors rich in shades and hues.

Every country has her own unique colors and it is fun to watch and find out where they come from.

Sometimes we are too busy and overlook the beauty of colors around us. We forgot to slow down and appreciate them.

The Traditional Colors Of Japan is a book by PIE Books published the beginning of this year. Describe the origin, history and characteristics of each color (in Japanese).
However, there are English names and CMYK of all too.

Sweet is always on the top ranking stories of everyone’s childhood.
It might be a comedy…
or sad story such as dropping ice cream on the floor when just handed
or horror story when eating some sweet too much till we got sick
or even suspense story hiding sweet in the most secret places.
No matter what it is, it always creates a smile when thinking of that old days.
One of muji sweet series that bring us back to childhood memory.
These are animal biscuit with sweet flavour of strawberry, banana and melon.

I saw this rakuraku phone designed by Hara Kenya since last March but I did not pay much attention so I missed how friendly and gentle it is!
It is user friendly design especially for the old. Special features includes “slow voice” that slows down the other person’s voice speed together with “clear voice” that automatically adjusts voice and ringtone volume according to surrounding noise level. Also, “read aloud” feature audibly announces the name of the caller or e-mail sender including audio readouts of i-mode pages. In addition, it is a pedometer, it is able to measure the distance the user has walked and calculates calorie consumption per day.

28 years after discontinued in 1972, Blythe made her debut (again) in 2000 that I saw her first time in Japanese fashion magazine and wonder who she is as many other people do at their first sight. Since then she became a fashion icon. This year she celebrates her 6th anniversary at Omotesando Hills during 30 June-8 July under the theme of Princess a la mode. Her life is so incredible, find more story at Blythe.
