orange blossom

This french bread from Shinjuku Takano made me truely fascinated at the first bite.
The texture is so soft and tender. Plus sweet and fresh scent from orange peel that scatter around rank in my favorites immediately.

Shinjuku Takano is well known for their speciality in fruit. Their bakery corner also offers yummy stuffs decorated or made of delicious fruit — one of a must is melon pan.

I always love to walk around to admire how public space in various places are designed.
Now public space seems to be in good care. It becomes a space to show creativity rather than be ignored and left empty. One of my favorite public space in Tokyo is on 7th floor at Lumine Est (formerly named MyCity) in Shinjuku.

Super Potato by famous designer, Takashi Sugimoto designed SHUN/KAN 7th-8th floor MyCity (now is Lumine Est) in 2002. Amazing walls were made by wasted materials from the city — wood, paper, plastic, glasses, etc.
